Lost, Damaged or Delayed Luggage

NOTE: Airlines retain chain of custody for checked baggage and are the best resource for tracking and recovering baggage. To claim lost, delayed or damaged baggage, visit the airline ticket counter. Airline ticket counters are staffed approximately 90 minutes prior to scheduled departures. Airport Administrative staff does not have information about lost luggage.

Items Left in The Airport Terminal, Restaurant, Gift Shops, Curbside or Parking Lots

Found items are often turned into Airport Administration, then logged and stored securely for six months before disposition.

Items Left in Rental Cars

Items found in rental cars are retained by the rental car agency.
