Plan ahead with your Kalamazoo airport accessibility needs to avoid any delay during your visit to AZO. Good advice is to work with your travel planner during booking or contact your airline in advance to request assistance with access to the terminal, board a plane, wheelchairs, specific seat assignments, medication storage or dietary needs. Make sure to confirm the request prior to your departure day.
Accessible Parking
Both our short-term and long-term lots have designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities. Please make sure that your vehicle is properly placarded. If you need additional assistance in the parking lot please call the on-duty supervisor at 269-349-6014.

Restrooms
The restrooms in the airport terminal are fully accessible. Additionally, we have two full-size family restrooms. One is located on the first floor pre-security in the middle of the terminal. The second is located post-security adjacent to Gate 2.
Luggage Carts
The Airport does have luggage carts available in the baggage claim area and the ticket counter area. They do have a tendency to wheel off, but we do our best to keep them in that area.
Service Animals
Service animals are allowed throughout the terminal when accompanying their owners. Outdoor animal relief areas are available in the grassy area adjacent to the south end of the terminal by the check-in counters. There is a service animal relief area in the terminal post-security.
