Parking at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport is super convenient. Short and long-term parking is located very close to the terminal. Parking for individuals with disabilities can be found in each parking facility.

All major credit cards are accepted and a convenient self-serve credit card lane is available for quick service.

Parking in front of the terminal is for passenger and luggage loading and unloading only.

PREPAID PARKING

It is not a requirement to prepay for parking. You will receive a QR code if you prepay for parking. You will scan this QR code to get in and out of the parking area.

The parking systems at AZO are fully automated and allow travers the ability to pay via credit card, Google or Apple Pay, and cash is accepted in the middle exit lane. All payments are made at the exits. Lost tickets pay the full amount due.

Drive up to the exit kiosk and either scan your parking ticket or insert or tap the credit card used at the entrance. All payments are made at the exits. Scanning your credit card at the entrance does not charge your card. You can also tap your phone by utilizing Apple Pay or Google Pay. Press for a receipt if needed.

YES! The kiosk in the middle exit lane accepts cash. You can pay cash even if you used your credit card to enter. You would scan your credit card to bring up the charges and then insert cash into the cash machine. You need to press an orange button on the touch screen that says “Push Here To Pay”. This will finish the payment process, dispense change, and vend the exit gate.

NO! If your flight is delayed, or your plans change, the parking kiosk will generate the amount owed upon exiting the lot. You will still need your original QR Code and a form of payment. There is no way to extend your prepaid parking, you just pay the difference between what your charges are and what your prepaid at the exit.

As long as you cancel 24 hours before it starts, you can receive a full refund.

The touch screen works best when touched lightly. Touch the button lightly to produce a ticket and enter the lot. You can also use your credit card as your ticket.
